- Interface directly with clients in recurring meetings and report on testing progress and findings.

Software Development
- Develop features and fix bugs in DARTSuite, our proprietary accessibility testing software — including a new super-client role that lets clients run scans on their own sites from within the tool.
- Built a tester-grading web app that scores testers per project on Accuracy, Quality, Speed, Responsiveness, and Communication, used to pair testers based on complementary strengths and weaknesses.
- Built an information-security compliance dashboard with incident report forms, history, and review workflows.
- Currently building an accessible labor-logging tool, replacing Excel workbooks — existing industry tools aren't accessible.
- All internal tools are built on Next.js with Supabase databases, deployed on Vercel.
Training & Instruction
- Lead client classes on accessibility: HTML, ARIA, PDFs, social media, video, and more.
- Curriculum centers on shifting accessibility left — getting it into the design phase rather than perpetually remediating.
